Meet Our Team

	Darin Hurne President The driving force behind Connecticut Temperature Controls is our President, Darin Hurne. With over 27 years of experience in building automation, Darin is well versed in every aspect of building automation controls. Darin started his career in HVAC as a service technician, and in 1997 he and a partner started CTC from the ground up. Darin grew the company to 23 employees before selling to Service Logic in 2020. He remains President of CTC overseeing the day to day operations ensuring that customers receive the same personal attention and quality service that has always been associated with the CTC name. 	Jack Teixeira Inside Sales Manager Jack has been a valued member of the Sales Department at CTC for more than 8 years. Coming to us from the performance automotive industry, Jack’s extensive background in sales translated seamlessly into building automation. Since becoming Manager of Sales for CT Temperature Controls, Jack has helped grow the company to over $4 million dollars in sales annually. Putting the customer first, Jack is able to provide our customers with the best most economical solutions to their building automation needs. 	Mike Sullo Vice President of Operations A part of the CTC family since 2016, Mike Sullo is our Vice President of Operations. He oversees the day to day running of the construction side of the company while managing projects of his own. He has the experience to run projects upwards of 2 million dollars as well as the flexibility to effectively manage smaller projects. He excels at completing projects on time and on budget fostering the outstanding relationships CTC has with our mechanical contractors and customers. 	Alana Marino Office Manager Coming to us in 2007 as a part time employee, Alana Marino has taken on many roles over the years. Currently she is the Office Manager, overseeing all of the company’s human resources, financial and administration needs. Having once been the Service Dispatcher, as well as the construction admin, Alana is well versed in every aspect of CTC making her an integral part of our office for customers and employees alike. With a friendly voice on the other end of the phone or a quick response to an email, Alana helps to provide the quality service that our customers have come to expect from CTC. 	Tim Corcoran Service Manager Tim Corcoran is our Service Development Manager. He oversees the day to day operations of our service department as well as handling all of our service sales. When Tim joined CTC in 2016 he brought with him an extensive knowledge of HVAC and controls. Having worked his way up from a Service Technician, he has firsthand experience with all the ins and outs of building systems.
