Project Spotlight

In 2016 CTC Building Solutions was selected to provide a critical temperature and building control system for the Greenwich High School. The approximately 460,000 square foot facility, was previously controlled by multiple controls systems including pneumatics and 3 different DDC control manufacturers from different addition and renovation projects over the years. The Greenwich Public Schools staff had a very difficult task of monitoring and controlling this building with so many different interfaces. 

CTC installed a Distech Controls EC-Net Niagara⁴ supervisor central server as well as field controllers at the various pieces of equipment.  The system features three (3) Niagara⁴ Network Managers performing network management and system integration throughout the facility.
