Service Coverage

For service during normal working hours (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) except CTC observed holidays (see list below), you can submit your request using the following form. Please be descriptive with your issue so we can have the most appropriate person get in touch with you.

You can also call (800) 890-2022 and follow prompts for service department.

For service beyond normal working hours defined above, on-call technician(s) can be reached by dialing (800) 890-2022 and leaving a message in our service mailbox (press 7). A technician will attempt to resolve your issue remotely and will dispatch the appropriate personnel to resolve the problem on-site if necessary.

CTC Observed Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

NOTE: If holiday falls on a Saturday, preceding Friday shall be observed as the holiday. If holiday falls on a Sunday, Monday following such day shall be observed as the holiday.

CTC will respond within two (2) hours upon service request by remotely accessing system.

On-Site Service*
CTC will respond on-site within four (4) hours upon service request if it is determined that a site visit is required based on remote diagnosis.
