Our Services
The following work will be included (where applicable) on an as needed basis for service calls.
- Remote troubleshooting: Technician will connect to site remotely and will either resolve the problem or will determine what further action is needed. This may include walking customer through steps to resolve issue or further determine source of problem.
- Site Diagnostics: Once it is determined that a site visit is needed, Technician will go to site and further investigate problem. If repair parts and/or labor are needed customer will be notified and follow-up work will be scheduled. If contract does not include repair parts and/or labor, customer will be given estimate for repair before work is performed.

Response Times

Remote Service
CTC will respond within two (2) hours upon service request by remotely accessing system.

On-Site Service
CTC will respond on-site within four (4) hours upon service request if it is determined that a site visit is required based on remote diagnosis.
