Alarm Monitoring
With a Platinum, Gold or Silver contract, CTC offers after-hours alarm monitoring, offering customers the peace of mind that their critical alarms will be looked at by a certified technician who will determine the best course of action. Customers without a monitoring contract can be set up to receive their own alarms to cell phones or via e-mail.
Operator Training
With a Platinum, Gold or Silver contract, CTC provides annual operator training at no additional charge. This helps customers get new personnel up to speed on the system and/or get existing personnel more proficient.

Response Times

Remote Service
CTC will respond within two (2) hours upon service request by remotely accessing system.

On-Site Service
CTC will respond on-site within four (4) hours upon service request if it is determined that a site visit is required based on remote diagnosis.
