We're Here for You

March 27th, 2020

In this time of uncertainty created by the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we wanted assure you that we are fully operational.  We are doing everything in our power to maintain normal business operations while taking the appropriate precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of our customers, employees and their families.

We are closely monitoring and adhering to CDC/WHO guidelines in order to help stop the spread of COVID19. We have implemented the following procedures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our job sites:

  • We have mandated that any team members showing symptoms, or who have reason to believe they have been exposed to COVID-19 immediately self-isolate and contact their primary care physician to be referred for testing if necessary.  To date we do not have any CTC employees with reported infection symptoms.
  • We have asked that as much communication possible be handled via text, email or telephone in lieu of in person meetings.
  • We have given all of our administrative, engineering and management personnel the ability to work remotely and are exploring the possibility of having them work from their homes on an alternating schedule in order to ensure that our office coverage will continue seamlessly.
  • As always we are keeping up our high standards for personal hygiene, sanitation of workplaces, etc.

Our first priority is the health and safety of our employees; however, we also want our customers and partners to know that we are here for you, whatever your needs may be. We are here to support you, just as we always have been.  With everything going on most buildings are operating at a reduced occupancy and personnel resources are being stretched thin.   If we can help in any way to keep your buildings running efficiently through building checks, schedule and setpoint changes, or anything else, please, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our technicians are standing by and would be happy to help.

This may also be a good time to look at making critical improvements to your building systems.  Keep in mind it is much easier to implement improvements in an empty or nearly empty building when you don’t have to worry about disrupting everyday schedules. If you would like to schedule any work during this time or even just a walk through so we can give you a budget estimate, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
